身為南康人，時不時的要回南康看看親戚朋友， 南康大酒店是首選。設備新，服務好，地段好。每天還免費洗三件衣服。我去的其他酒店都沒見過這種服務。
早餐也不錯的，就餐環境挺好。
總之很推薦，就是泳池是户外的，衹有夏天才開。
前台彬彬有禮，熱情周到，有五星級的標準。小劉積極為客户解決問題，點贊。

有幸來到南康大酒店參加培訓學習，三天兩晚的體驗，讓我感受到了員工的熱情、用心、暖心、貼心的服務， 雖然是第一次來到這個城市，但卻感覺到了温暖。你們真的是酒店中的標桿，酒店業的胖東來，每一個人都這麼優秀， 都是發自內心的為客户着想，真心的為你們點贊。未入住酒店管家小慧就加了我的微信，給我發這裏的天氣，詢問我大概幾點到，我隨口問了有沒有接站服務？沒想到她竟然安排了，最讓我感動的是見面給我們準備了熱的洛神花茶還有小吃，到店了處處都是驚喜，這裡有免費的下午茶，有各種免費的百寶箱，房間用心有針對性進行了佈置，含的有免費的小吃，每天都有開夜床服務，還贈送了當地比較有意義的小禮品，可以説是超值!在這裏我想特別表揚一下服務管家小慧和送站的那個帥哥（我不知道叫什麼名字）入住後雖然沒有與小慧在見面，但是她卻一直陪着我，昨晚凌晨了還在幫我搶票助力，不單單是她幫忙，還發動同事，她的這種精神真的讓我們很感動。還有送我們的那個帥哥，由於臨時搶票成功，我們改變了行程，臨時掉頭來了車站，當時時間非常緊，到了車站我讓他回去，他竟然沒走，他擔心我們做不上車，竟然在外面等我們。我讓小慧通知他回去，我們坐上車了，他竟然讓我發個坐上車的截圖才肯離去。我的內心真的被觸動了[流淚]。

南康大酒店無論軟件還是硬件 都是一流的 我們到達南康大酒店，房間就升級了，房間很大，不一會兒服務員就送來了水果 晚上服務員又送了牛奶和八寶粥，酒店還提供了免費的可樂，牛肉麪，口罩，真正突顯了以賓客為上的五星服務精神，酒店管理也很到位，讓我們有回家的感覺，以後再去南康，必須住這家，沒有第二選擇！
