大堂接待小姐態度冷冰冰，沒有一點賓館服務人員的熱情，解答問題挺傲氣。
賓館保安****，估計是政府接待賓館，態度很是牛氣，到2號樓借個客人2分鐘就走，保安就****過來轟了，解釋了客人已在電梯馬上下樓仍然很不耐煩嚷嚷，好像他們是大爺。
