昨天晚上跟我男朋友定了一家民宿這個民宿上次住的時候挺滿意的，然後這次就又去他家了，但是這次給我安排了一個開門就是對着對面盡頭門的房間，大家想象一下大半夜的都覺得很滲人！！而且還是尾房當時就覺得風水很不好，讓人感覺很不舒服，然後我就去找到前台問能不能給我換個房間，他也不願意給我換房間，然後我就要求他給我退款取消訂單，然後他就説退不了，又不給我換，她那個態度一點都不是要解決問題的態度，我説那行 那你給我一個解決方案，民宿負責人直接來一句解決不了，真的很搞笑，看看這就是她們民宿的服務，態度真的特別惡劣 真的很離譜都還沒有入住就不讓退，因為我自己本身就是做酒店的，我當然知道商家同意的話就能退款，但是他就是不給我退，然後他就説我為什麼要給你退款，態度語氣非常的惡劣以後再也不會去他家住了，大家去這家民宿住真的需謹慎！！！就這種態度早晚要倒閉！就這種服務態度還出來幹服務行業，早日倒閉早日倒閉 ！！！

非常喜歡，店主人也很好，這是我最近住的民宿裏面最乾淨的一間了，採光也很好，每天還會更換生活用品，真的很不錯， 推薦！！

房間很温馨 高樓層樓下就是萬象城 環境還是很不錯的 就是退房時間太早了點 別人家都是兩點退房的 這家十二點就要退房 唯一一點不是很滿意 希望可以改進一下
