The lady at the front desk greeted us when we entered the door. She kindly guided us to check in. The room environment is very comfortable. If there is a problem with the TV remote control, the front desk will send someone to deal with it immediately. My husband said it was the most cost-effective place in Vienna he had ever stayed.

But the hotel has a lot of details that need to be improved: 1. The bath water is unstable, and the skin is hot for a while, and the water becomes cold for a while. It is not well adjusted after living for three days. 2. Breakfast is said to start at 7 o'clock, but there are still a lot of meals at 7 o'clock. It takes almost 7:30 to get all. In fact, there are not many varieties. I don't know why it is so slow. 3. There are continuous malfunctions in the facilities in the house. On the first day, the 608 face wash faucet was broken and hot water could not be released; the 612 phone line was not connected; the next day, the light on the 505 tea table was not on. Later, I was embarrassed to reflect, worried that others felt that they were too demanding. 4.
