這個漢庭有一種00後大學生的感覺，各方面工作人員都混亂且善良。第一間房的防盜鏈壞掉，和前台溝通後爽快換房，並且貼心考慮女性獨自出遊的安全問題。漢庭集團未免對工作人員kpi考核抓得太緊了，搞得前台一天三趟發微信催客人寫好評。做好服務才是真。退房的時間發生了混亂，前台説有男的退了我這間房，直接讓保潔進來收拾，但是我當時房門掛了防盜鏈在睡覺，被嚇到了。驚魂未定和前台説要延遲退房，前台一邊説“好好好三點您退可以”，兩點就啪啦啪啦打電話過來催。酒店隔音一般，能聽到隔壁大姨談生意推銷和大爺睡覺打呼嚕。整個酒店的感覺就像混亂又努力善良的大學生一樣。整體不錯。
