Rosey Hotel

We booked this as it was the nearest hotel from the hospital where my sister gave birth, very accommodating ng staff, since alam nila na naglelabor iyong kapatid ko and we just need some place to stay while waiting na mag 7cm sya, they provided us the nearest room from the ground floor. Kudos to the service ＜3

Good location next to the bus terminal. Easy to get a tricycle almost instantly to get around in town. Clean, spacious and comfy rooms. Staff is friendly and helpful. A café with basic meny offering local dishes. A small convenience store for basic supplies

The place has a good and fresh smell, especially when I entered the room. The bed is very comfortable, and the restroom is also good. However, the waiting time for food preparation is too long. It took 40 minutes to 1 hour just to have our breakfast. I also observed that the staff is confused when there are a lot of customers. They exchanged our orders with those of other customers, and the takeout food was served as dine-in. The cashier should also be mindful of the orders. I notified the cashier to include the coffee that I purchased from the convenience store in my bill, but when I got home, I noticed on the receipt that the cashier did not include it; perhaps she forgot. Unfortunately, I had no opportunity to go back and pay the 25 pesos because I live here in Manila. So, I hope that you will address these concerns and will improve yoh service. Thank you.

I based this review on my visit in May 2024. Ever since Rosey Hotel opened, we've made it a point to book a room every time we visit Cabanatuan. The hotel offers a consistently good experience, but there are a few areas where it could improve to match the value offered by nearby competitors. For the rate of 2800, the room itself is comfortable and satisfactory. However, for an additional 400-500, neighboring hotels provide extra amenities such as a pool, gym, breakfast buffet for four, complimentary drinks, and high-quality towels. While we enjoy our stays at Rosey, we believe the following enhancements would elevate the experience: 1. Include breakfast with the room rate. 2. Offer complimentary drinks or water to guests. 3. Provide more absorbent, high-quality towels. Overall, we appreciate the pleasant stays we've had at Rosey Hotel and look forward to seeing these improvements implemented in the future.
