친구 가족과 호텔 홈페이지 통해 바베큐 패키지 예약함. 예약 당시 트윈베드로 예약 결제 완료. 단 내가 코멘트에 가능하면 더블베드로 주세요. 라고 입방정떰. 성인2에 아이 1명 명시함. 물론 다른 호텔처럼 더블베드가 클 줄알고 요청함. 1. 체크인시, 내가 더블 베드 달라고해서 더블베드 어싸인 했다고 함. 인정.. 근데 아이 나이 상관없이 추가차지 있다고 함.. 나 추가차지있음 당연히 요청 안했지 2. 그럼 괜찮으니 나 그냥 트윈베드 주세요. 라고 함.. 트윈은 추가자지 없음 3. 체크인 당시 3시18분. 만실이라 안된다고 함. 4. 마치 내가 트윈으로 달라고 할 것을 미리 안 사람처럼 1초만에 만실이라 안된다고.. 아니 모니터를 1초만 좀 보고 아님 본인 능력으로 룸 어싸인 못 바꾸면 매니저한테 물어보는 노력이라고 하던가. 너무 귀찮은듯이.. 본인이 다른호텔 예약했는데 이 상황이면 기분 좋아요? 뻔히 더블침대가 성인2에 아이 하나 자기 힘든거 아실텐데.. 엑베 달라고 하면 또 돈 달라고하거나 없다고 했겠죠.. 그래서 아예 안 물어봤어요.. 프론트 직원분... 만약 내가 일반 객실 예약하고 코멘트에 가능하면 업그레이드 객실 주세요 라고 하면 그냥 무조건 윗 객실주고 추가차지 받으실꺼예요? 룸 어싸인할때 그 고객 추가차지에 대해 이견 없는지 확인전화나 체크인 코멘트에 못 남기시나요? 주말 가족단위땜에 트윈베드 모자르니 내 예약 더블로 옳다구니 바꾸고 돈까지 받으니깐 좋으세요. 나같음 11,000원 웨이브하겠어요.. 더블베드 성인 2명이 자기도 좁네요.. 여기에 애까지 있는거 아셨을텐데 편히 잘꺼라 생각하셨나봐요? 친구부부랑 같이 체크인했는데.. 바베큐 먹으러 갔더니 테이블 따로 따로 되어있더군요. 테이블 지정석인지도 몰랐음..체크인시 뻔히 같이 오고 바베큐 패키진거 아셨는데.. 나같음 물어봤겠어요.. 바베큐 같은 테이블로 해드릴까요..어렵지 안잖아요. 프런트에서 이런 사소한 디테일을 해주셔야 고객도 레스토랑 직원도 일을 두번 안해요. 레스토랑 직원 아무것도 모르고 다 셋팅해놨는데 우리땜에 다시 테이블 정렬하고 셋팅하느냐 시간 인력 낭비 동선 다 꼬이잖아여.. 호텔 오기전 전화로 아이들 물놀이 할 수 있는데가 있나 문의전화 드렸죠.. 전혀 그런곳 없다고 안내받았어요.. 제가 sns에서 본건 헛것이라 믿고 왔는데.. sns에서 본대로 이미 다른집 아이들은 래쉬가드에 튜까지 타고 노네요.. 물론 분수대로 물놀이 장소로 적합하진 않고 호텔도 싫겠지요.. 그럼 아예 못 들어가게하거나.. 사실대로 분수대가 있는데 사실 수영장은 아니다 다만 손님들께서 발에 물 담그는정도 하신다.. 이런식으로라도 안내해주셔야죠.. 이글을 읽는 프론트매니저 혹은 마컴담당자님.. 블랙컨슈머나 이상한 사람 취급하지마시고 직원 안내 응대 다시한번 봐주세요. 여기도 나름 호텔이잖나요. 이 돈내고 이정도 서비스.. 너무 별로네요. 프론트 직원한테 싫은소리 안하고 돈 추가차지 내고 남편 호텔 방바닥에서 재우고 아이랑 침대에서 자네요. 프론트 직원에 성의없는 응대로 불편하게 잠을 자겠네요.. 작은 디테일인데.. 손님 너무 귀찮아하시는거 너무 티나세요.. 제발 제 체크인 하던 여자분 매니저는 아니시길 바래요. 내일 체크아웃까지 별일 없기를 바라며..

Amazing room, wonderful management. They don't speak much English but it was ok. The bbq by the river is an additional 20$ but it made the stay so much more memorable. The facilities are all clean and comfortable. The hot tub is huge big enough for 4-6 ppl. Overall a fabulous stay.

Your hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and convenient shopping around. Myeongdong is great for eating and shopping. The front desk staff is very polite... We checked in to room 2908, which has a view of Namsan Tower. When we opened the door, we found it clean, tidy and comfortable. The view outside the window was luxurious and worth staying in again! The thing that was impressed was that there was a self-cooking place, and the spaghetti sauce was really really delicious as the reviews were. I like natural ingredients and I like house cooking, but I can only explain it to me that it is a really moving taste. Personally, I went alone, so I was ambiguous to eat. The Golden Box Crab restaurant in front of the hotel said that one person does not sell. I was very grateful for the fresh and delicious breakfast and dinner. And I liked the cleanliness. I heard the sound of birds that I couldn't tell at dawn, but it's not chicken, but the Highton River wind and river view, and there's a natural 암반수 bath. It's a hotel that I have to go again because of tomato sauce

It was nice that it was located right next to Gongjicheon Stream. The room is spacious, the room is large, and there is no mold. It was clean and nice like a new building. Every time the bed is tossed and turned, it makes a noise and I fall asleep and wake up again and again. I'm worried I used Trip.com. I came here after using it for 250,00 won. It was fine. I think I will use it again next time

Great value if you will visit Legoland. Around 20mins walk to the station or town centre.

First of all, it's great that I was able to make a reservation at such a good price. I was a little hesitant about the review saying that it is in the same building as Jackson Nines and that there is no parking lot. However, you can get to the parking lot within a 2-minute walk, and considering the price, it's actually really good. At that price, it feels like it is cheaper than motels in Chuncheon city. Hotel condition is very good. Good facilities on the 2nd floor. Good bedding. Anyway, it was a very good trip.

It is a clean, quiet and advantageous hotel. The parking lot in the building may be narrow, but the public parking lot right in front of it is free, so it doesn't matter. There are many restaurants nearby, and I'm sure it's the best hotel in downtown Chuncheon.

Among Vivaldi's accommodations, it was the most recently built, so the facilities were in good condition and the staff were especially very friendly. However, since most facilities, ski resorts, and water parks are far away, there is the inconvenience of having to travel by car. It takes 8 to 10 minutes from the condo to the facilities.
