Extremely clean! Wonderful breakfast! Service is impeccable! I would gladly return next time

The room is superbly furnished and offers every comfort! The sanitary area is also luxurious and spacious. I immediately felt very comfortable and nothing was missing in the room! Unfortunately the bar was only open until 10 p.m., which wouldn't be a problem if there was also a drinks machine. That would be great! I'd love to come back soon and look forward to a great room with a good bed!

Beautiful apartment hotel! Is in new condition and has lovely beds. Metro is really next to the hotel, within 25 minutes you are at Marienplatz.

The room is very clean. Check-in time is before 11pm. After this time, you can go to the next building to check-in.

Relatively speaking, it is cheap and cost-effective. The room is small, but it is very clean when you check in. What is surprising is that Service Apartemnt actually has no service. The room is cleaned once every 5 days. So basically no one cleans. If you like to be clean, you need to clean up the garbage, fold the quilts, and tidy the bathroom yourself. The bathroom has floor heating, so it’s comfortable to step in with bare feet…

The staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. The only problem is parking . None around hotel and the underground parking is not owned by hotel. It is 20 euro a day. The rooms are adequate for long stay. Beds are comfortable and bathroom are huge. Kitchen is small but works for simple food.

This is conveniently located on the Garching campus, so has just become my hotel of choice when visiting one of the research institute here. The rooms have a small kitchenette, which I like. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of reasonable quality, although exactly the same very day. Note that for short stays the kitchens are by default not equipped, but you can request this for a small extra fee. The only negative point is that there are very few facilities in the area. The only restaurant open in the evening is in the next door Marriot, but it is very poor. There are no food shops, so you need to travel to Garching to buy supplies: but that is only one stop on the U-Bahn, so quite quick.

When I checked in they accidentally used my card twice and charged me almost 1000 Euro too much. When I asked them to repay the money (since they never noticed that mistake themselves) they refused to cover the bank fees of 30 Euro. The hotel itself is ok, but the kitchen had basically no items, so if you are counting on using that kitchen you prob. need to bring a lot of utensils yourself.

only small negative thing were that room temperature was higher than I wanted, even I disconnected heater, so I usually opened window when I stayed in room. Small kitchen and good shower. Breakfast was simple but enough + good coffee. Very clean hotel and near Metro stop, about 10 euros whole day pass to city central and back. one way trip 7e.

I booked an apartment for a football weekend with my son. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. There is a subway station right in front of the hotel to take you directly to the stadium or the city center. Breakfast can be ordered or taken in the neighboring hotel. We were completely satisfied and enjoyed our time.
