This was a wonderful one bedroom condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The coffee maker had an issue; however, they brought us a new one within the hour. We will definitely be back!

Even in winter, the property looked well-kept. It snowed Thanksgiving day and night but sidewalks were promptly salted or shoveled. I was impressed.
Only suggestion is better signage to find the front desk after entering the property. I had to call the property and they directed me to the building with the front desk.

I’ve been to bear lake many times and would absolutely stay here again. It was so comfortable and roomy. It may just be my favorite place to stay in bear lake!

I have been to Bead Lake several times with my family, but this was the 1st time we stayed here and I want to stay here every time. The location was perfect, the view was amazing, we walked right across to the pier for fishing and beach time, the beds were comfortable and pillows great, staff was friendly loved all the pools. I was skeptical because the price was inexpensive, but it exceeded expectations. The only complaint was that our room had an awful smell, we aired it out and it was better, but it was in the towels too.

Stayed during Spring Break. The area was covered in lots of snow and everything was still shut down for winter, but we just wanted to get away when the kids were off school. We stayed in the unit most of the time and it was just what we wanted. It was a bit cramped for the 6 of us, but we had a great time. We used the pool a lot. Only a 10 minute drive to the lookout at the top of the mountain behind Garden City, and Bear Lake Valley is gorgeous! Another 5 minutes and we were at the top of Logan Canyon, where we found a great place to sled and play in the snow. The people at the front desk were SO nice and helpful. We rented a movie and they hooked us up with hot chocolate and popcorn. The fitness center is small, but so grateful it was there. It was a great stay, and we look forward to staying again.

The condo was great! Very clean and the staff was amazing to deal. We had another group we were meeting and they were able to get both condos close to each other. Even though we didn't book the trip together.
