Front desk lady was not nice literally threatening to call cops while I was packing because I was going to be about 20 minutes late checking out. Awful AWFUL farewell

The rooms were spacious, clean, and staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable and the couch bed made it easier for everyone to have their own space. Brian was helpful when checking in. Skye was awesome with the directions to ice machines.

This is the second time at my family has stayed at this hotel and overall I would say it was good. It’s very clean and the staff was helpful. My only drawback is the pull out bed in the living area. We got home very late from the parks and we’re ready to go to bed. My son and his girlfriend were going to stay and use the pullout bed when we pull the bed out to get it ready for them, the mattress was springs. Literally just springs with cloth pulled over them. It was incredibly uncomfortable so I called down at the front desk and asked them if perhaps they had a mattress pad or if this was supposed to be a pull out mattress to be used after an additional phone call 20 minutes later to ask if they were bringing something up we finally had someone knock on the door and give us a mattress pad. It wasn’t the best solution, but it was better and my son and girlfriend were able to sleep on the bed. Everything else seem to be just fine but I do think I like the other location that is the same hotel that we stayed at as well. Bed was far more comfortable as well as the pull out bed.

The hotel is very comfortable with spacious guest rooms, has wonderful amenities, and the full kitchen in the room was very useful to avoid high food costs in/around Disney and LA! The walk to the Disney parks is very easy, but there is also a convenient shuttle stop nearby. Parking was also plentiful and I didn't have to worry about having a spot available when we had a late night arrival.

Housekeeping was questionable, couldn’t get the right size sheets for our bed, no blankets or enough pillows for awful pullout bed. Food in our room went missing

Close to Disneyland and right on the ART trabsportaion line.
Staff waa excellent. Got us in early. Very polite.
Property and room was dated. Phones didnt work, shower leaked. Other than that it was great.
