Give Ctrip a bad review this time! The agent who booked the room charged double the room rate! Long solution time! Please be careful when booking a room! The hotel is 2 kilometers away from the exhibition, so it is very convenient to walk when there is a traffic jam.

It was very noisy, a group of people gathered not far from the reception at 2:30 in the morning talking loudly, but no one stopped them from clamoring, we were very responsive as we lived on the fourth floor. If you have a choice, you can consider the Hampton inn next to it. Everyone belongs to the Hilton group. (I moved from there) The room over there is bigger, and the queen bed is wider. Parking USD25 a day.

The hotel is amazing and perfectly located to be near the Convention Center. It's a short walk and a fast Lyft ride. The staff was brilliant, the room was HUGE and well worth the price. I travel often for business and this hotel made me feel right at home. I would stay again and again!!

This was our 1st time there and i can say it was a great stay! The room was very clean and the pull out bed was very comfortable compared to alot of other hotels. Since there was refurbishments happening, i was rhinking the worst before we got there, but i was wrong and the breakfast area was accomadating and welcoming and really a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally nice as well! I will book this hotel in the future!

We had a wonderful breakfast before our trip to Disneyland. Was disappointed about the fees for the tram. Last visit it was free, but understand everything goes up. Beds were a comfortable welcome after a long busy day. Would always choose an Embassy Suites.

Me and my family stood here for 4 days and 3 nights. Definitely one of the best hotels I've been to in a while! The hotel is beautiful! When we checked in, there was an issue with our AC unit but nonetheless, they took care of us asap. Although it is under remodeling, we never experienced any issues of it being too loud or any inconvenience because of it. We forgot it about it because it was that quiet! So don't let the reviews fool you. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. My wife and son always looked forward to breakfast in the morning. It was VERY close to Disneyland which helped out SO MUCH. 10/10!! I will definitely be staying here in the future! Thank you to all the friendly staff members and your hospitality!
