Nice person at front desk and room was comfortable after long drive. Free breakfast is also very nice.

The staff is super nice but when our toilet was clogged and there was no maintenance crew available overnight, it made our stay uncomfortable.

Don’t expect to arrive early & get in your room because you’ll be charged a fee plus taxes. I find that very stupid especially considering you don’t even get the room for 24 hours anyway. Secondly, we interacted with 4 staff members all of which were great except 1. She had an I don’t wanna be here could care less attitude & was not helpful at all. We purchased enough pizza for 2 meals only to find that our refrigerator didn’t work. We notified the front desk who informed us that there was nothing she could do & basically just too bad for us. That being said, we ended up discarding about $25 worth of pizza. That’s may not seem like much but when you’re on a budget it is. The fact that she didn’t care made it even worse. They serve breakfast so why not offer to at least sit the boxes (2) in the fridge until morning since there was “nothing she could do”. Or even offer me a mini fridge trade out even if I had to swap it myself. Idk that we will stay at another but those are some things you may encounter at this particular motel. Thankful for the friendliness of the other staff members though.

The hotel is quiet and near shopping and restaurants. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The lobby and the room were super clean. The room was spacious. Loved the window seat! The bed was firm but comfortable and the sheets were crisp and clean. The breakfast included cereal, juice, sausage muffins, donut holes, danish, toast, bagels, coffee, hot teas, and make your own waffles. I’d stay here again!
