My husband and I have celebrated our anniversary at Minnewaska Lodge for the past few years. We keep coming back because we love it so much! This year was remarkably different. Under new ownership, the lodge now has a personal touch with many more amenities. The room we stayed in was recently remodeled and the feel was warm and cozy. The morning breakfast was bountiful and even included a waffle station! It was really nice to be invited to an afternoon wine and cheese gathering in the main hall with other guests. We’ll be back next year and look forward to seeing how the lodge continues to evolve under new ownership, yet keeping its rustic appeal. Kudos to the new amazing owner and staff!!!

Hello everyone I just got back from a day in the Minnewaska Longe and I have say that my partner and I are already planning to go back to spend more time there and we are bringing our freinds also, the hotel for one is so clean and beautiful, the location and the views are just so beautiful and the staff as well. The breakfast was awesome, we really did not want to leave. Forest & Noel

Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and the place is cute. We have stayed here 3 times over the last few years. My only complaint was I left the sign for the room to be cleaned and no one ever came. We ran out of tissues and had to go to the front desk to get a box. Plus my husband emptied the tiny garbage cans. I don’t need new sheets or towels usually over the weekend but the bed should have been made up and the garbages emptied! The staff also would have noticed we had no tissues if they actually entered the room.

This is a very comfortable lodge in a beautiful setting and a great location that gives easy access to the trails and beautiful vistas of this area. We greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel at home. The room was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. We were very impressed by Eric, the General Manager and owner, and greatly enjoyed talking with him. He has wonderful plans for renovating and adding to the Lodge which just adds to our looking forward to staying there in the future.

My husband and I loved our stay now that the lodge is under new ownership. Eric and his team are so welcoming and helpful. Many updates have already been made to the property. We especially enjoyed evenings by the fire pit. The area offers spectacular views and hiking. We are recommending this destination to friends and look forward to returning later this year.

Minnewaska Lodge was everything that we hoped it would be and more! My husband and I went with our baby boy for a nice relaxing weekend over winter break, and couldn't have asked for a cleaner, nicer stay. The Innkeeper Eric was amazing! He gave us excellent suggestions on restaurants, and hiking trails, and brought his dogs up to the property to play with our son. We can not wait to come back and visit again!
