Affordable stay, fine for a couple nights.
There's not much to do around though.
Café is cheap, food was OK.

The TV remote didn’t work but the porter came quickly to fix it. Nice guy. Front office nice. Room was rickety, dark and dated. The bathroom shower was so tiny my husband could barely fit. The toilet was back in a narrow alcove and my husband barely fit. The restaurant service was slow but our server was nice. The bison rib-eye was freakin’ delicious. The pool looked like mold was growing in it. Just really dilapidated.

I liked the view of the lake and easy access to lakeside parks. ****** and restaurant are walkable. Tioga Pass, back entrance to Yosemite, is just 30 miles down the road.
It would be nice to have better signage to the registration desk, since it is tucked into a corner of the ******.

I love my stay at Topaz Lodge. I was in the area from Dayton, NV for baptism, not only was my room fresh and clean, comfy beds/pillows but the staff at the check in were amazing!! Friendly and helpful with a sense of humor! I would recommend them!! A
