This hotel is located on Lake Garda, has a lovely pool and very attractive outdoor area where one can have a cocktail and drink in the gorgeous setting. The hotel is situated close to some charming towns with good restaurants. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the plentiful pastries which appeared at breakfast. Dinner was also excellent and the restaurant setting is a pleasure even when it rained one night. The issue for both couples were the rooms. They were just okay, with not enough light and not enough accessible outlets for charging devices. For a hotel of this caliber you'd expect the rooms to be more luxurious and to have a few more touches to make the rooms more comfortable. The restaurant staff were always friendly. The front desk staff was more hit and miss in that regard.

Questo albergo è meraviglioso. A partire dallo stile architettonico per finire con un servizio di alta qualità. Situato alla riva di un bellissimo lago. Soddisfa i gusti degli ospiti più esigenti. Ogni volta ci torno con tanto piacere.

Bellissimo posto, comodo da raggiungere e con un ristorante da favola! Personale sempre cortese. Ho trovato molto comodo il molo, dal quale è possibile essere raggiunti da un taxi boat. Il servizio in piscina è perfetto per chi vuole passare una giornata in totale relax.

Posizione splendida con sole fino al tramonto. Struttura molto curata anche nei dettagli. Bellissimo giardino con piscina e pontile per un tonificante bagno nel lago. Ristorante molto ricercato di grande qualità con personale molto professionale ed accogliente. Ottimi anche la colazione e il lunch menù.

l'hôtel est parfaitement situé, très confortable, belle piscine et accès direct au lac. la nourriture est excellente mais les prix du restaurant ne sont guère raisonnables le diner est perturbé par la présence d'enfants en bas age bruyants et non contrôlés par des parents peu soucieux des désagréments qu'ils infilgent aux aitres

We've just returned from our 3rd visit here. Arguably one of the most attractive hotels on this shoreline, with beautiful gardens & far reaching views out across the lake. Rooms are very comfortable, food is excellent, staff generally very pleasant and helpful. We have a couple of criticisms / observations which is why our review is not 5 stars. We love it here and are already planning to return next year. But, for a 5 star hotel, you would expect more attentive pool service and certainly to be available from 9.30am / 10am. The hotel appears to be family friendly, but this is not clear to most guests who appear to be annoyed at children in the pool. We have a 6yr old Son, who lived in the pool or the lake for 6 days almost! There were many guests that appeared to take offensive at my Son and others playing nicely in the pool; perhaps this should be made clear to guests that this is not an 'adult only' hotel; there are plenty of those hotels in / around the lake.. Finally, just a minor grumble, but the absence of plug sockets in the rooms is a little frustrating. Can't wait to return in 2024.
