This hotel was clean, comfortable, and well kept. The service was very good. The continental breakfast had a good selection and area was kept very clean and well stocked. Hotel was very convenient. This was an excellent value.

Obviously this is an older hotel, it was extremely well maintained and cleaned. I’ve paid much more for rooms and this by far exceeded any of those. The breakfast was nice also, waffles, cereal, juices, fresh coffee. Overall a very nice stay, only issue we had with anything is parking is very tight.

We stayed at this Rodeway 2 nights, as we toured the National Park, and attended the horse races at Oaklawn. Our stay was mostly good. Pros - Good bed, good pillows, good linens, good shower, large TV, large counter with hair dryer in the room area (loved this feature), lots of room to set bags, mostly clean, laminate floors, friendly staff. Cons - Hair on bathroom floor, hair dryer did not work, but they brought us another one to use, 2nd night they did not leave any clean water/coffee cups or any coffee, breakfast was sp****, with cold biscuits, thin gravy, fresh waffles(good), fresh fruit (good), yogurt, pastries, bread, cereal, juice and coffee.
