Public Service Announcement: Avoid this place unless you have nowhere else to stay, or you're strapped for cash. Yes, their prices are lower, but the quality of this hotel is way below all the other Hyatts, Holiday Inns and Hiltons I've stayed at. I stayed at this place from 4/6/2024-4/8/2024. The rooms are extremely dirty, including blood stains on walls, grease stains on the couch, water damage on the wall, a shower faucet that leaks and is hanging out of the wall, and to top it all off, a nonfunctioning fridge. There is clear evidence that this place is not well-maintained, probably to cut costs. Others have even complained about roach issues. Now onto the service. When I discovered my room did not have Klennex (facial tissue), I went to the front desk and asked for a box. The response I got was that they hotel is out of facial tissue for the night. I was told by the front desk to use toilet paper. Later, when I discovered my shower does not have body wash (it was just an empty bottle in the shower), I went to the front desk again. The person there told me they were out of body wash, and I needed to use bar soap. He apologized and said the hotel ordered some more body wash already. Finally, when I asked for an extra set of comforters, I was told they didn't have any by the front desk. How could a hotel run out of these essentials? The next morning I got the answer. It's not that they were out of these essentials. The hotel refused to pay for a night housekeeper to save cost. Therefore, in the evenings, if you have any needs, you're out of luck until the morning when housekeeping is back. This place is run and managed by foreigners, and they really put the art of pinching every penny on a new level.
