I will never came back super bad service you never feel welcome they don’t have reception open 24 hours so if something happens u don’t have to who ask for help I stay 6 days and ask if is something going to do around I have no much respond I will never came back

Un buon hotel a 3 stelle, peccato che ci siano solo scale, nessuna rampa per le valigie ed ancora meno un ascensore.. poi magari se venisse rispettata la prenotazione sarebbe anche meglio.. ho prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e me ne hanno data una con letti singoli…. Se non si rispetta ciò che viene chiesto allora diventa senza senso prenotare su questo hotel…

This is a hotel that doesn't do more than needed to keep the third star. Service is OK but no one does more than what is expected and whet the guests ask for. The location is OK but no services, like restaurants, if you don't count McDonalds as a restaurant and I think it is close to blasphemy to mention that name when talking food in Italy. No one told us the hotels restaurant was closed on Sundays... Barely 3 stars

Manca l'ascensore per salire al piano superiore. Con le valigie non e comodissimo. Per il resto, hotel nuovo, sembra più a gestione familiare che appartenente a una catena. Non abbiamo provato la colazione, camere piccole ma molto pulite.

아주 친절한 직원, 서비스에 만족했습니다.
호텔의 위치는 차량이 있다면 아주 좋은 위치이고, LECCO 시내까지 출근시간에도 차량으로 10~20 전후로 접근이 가능합니다.
주차장도 여유가 있고, 주변이 한적하여 밤에 조용하고 평화로운 분위기였습니다.
조식은 아주 간소하지만 무난하고 신선했습니다.
저녁 레스토랑의 서버의 서비스는 훌륭했고 피자도 맛있었습니다.
여행기간중에 비가왔는데 우산도 대여해주시고, 이른 체크인도 사정을 봐 주어서 가능했습니다. 감사히 생각합니다.
호수까지는 걸어서 혹은 대여가능한 자전거로 손쉽게 접근이 가능합니다.
걸어갈 수 있는 거리에 맥도널드가 있으니, 패스트푸드가 먹고싶을때 유용합니다.
전반적으로 단체 워크숍등에 유용한 숙소로 보이고,
장기 여행객이 소란을 피해 여유를 즐기고 싶을때에도
최적의 호텔로 생각됩니다.
