Our two nights at the Hotel Zugspitze were highlighted by the wonderful staff and service. The room was perfectly appointed with amenities. The bed was very comfortable as well. Our breakfast was included and it had a very good variety of hot and cold food each day. We also dined at the restaurant and found it to be very nice as well. We highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a stay in Garmisch during any season of the year.

Lovely hotel location. We enjoyed the half board ( though we forgot we had it n had eaten a kebab prior! We love the sauna and pool… we found it hilarious that we had to load our bags on a cart and wheel it ourselves to the room. We got given a split level room with upstairs and downstairs… suited us fine but maybe not others ( toilets n showers downstairs). I think this should be communicated to guests to be fair esp the elderly/ those w kids needing to go to the toilet at night… Breakfast was above average for EU standard…

Beautiful hotel conveniently located within walking distance of the main Altstadt attractions. We had a spacious room with a balcony, offering great views of the nearby mountains and the most amazing hotel bathroom I've ever seen.

Really friendly staff in a lovely hotel. Everything was perfect except for the showers which have no pressure and can go from hot to cold. This is a minor complaint in an exceptionally nice hotel

This is a gem of a hotel boasting excellent facilities, great rooms and fantastic staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, the views stunning. One of the most enjoyable stays we have had - I would recommend this hotel without reserve.

The Hotel Zugspitze offers an incredible staff, delicious food, stellar location, and amenities. We wish we lived closer so we could visit frequently. Frank was kind enough to make sure we were fed after a late arrival. However, the star of our stay was Jonathan, who was kind and helped us so much. We cannot wait for the opportunity to stay here again.
