Quite an aged resort but we loved it! The room was large, a door leading to the a little paved outside area with views of the Olympic ski jump, best buffet breakfast, helpful staff - we had a couple of maintenance issues with our room when we arrived but they fixed them quickly so was no problem :)

Staff and food were very good. The furnishings are quite worn out, but the bathrooms have already been renovated. The hotel is in a good location for the ski stadium and the historic Ludwigstr. The location is also excellent for walks through the meadows and to the Partnach Gorge. .

Family suite, the room is large, the so-called kitchen is not ideal, the staff took a long time to open it, and the facilities are simple. What's more annoying is that you have to go through a long underground passage from the reception desk to the room, and you have to walk up two floors with bare hands, which is very challenging for people with heavy luggage.

A very nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast and great location for hiking. We'll definitely be back.

I can't understand the bad reviews, very good value for money. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The evening buffet was very tasty and there was a lot of choice, as was the breakfast buffet. The sauna area and the indoor pool was more than satisfactory.

10 night stay in this hotel. We came late at night but the restaurant was still open for 1 hour. We went to eat. The lady in the restaurant was so annoyed! The restaurant was empty but she guided us to the bar to eat and said ”somebody will ask you about the drinks”. Nobody ever did. We went to the bar and asked. We had finished the dinner when we finally got our colas. This was the second time in this hotel. We had this superior room with lots of space. It was so shabby! The old floor carpet was so dirty. All the furniture is from 80”s. The bathrooms are so old. There was a water kettle in the room but no cups or spoons. The kitchenette was behind locked doors? When we left and paid the parking fee and city taxes the lady behind the reception desk did not even bothered to say Thank you. And by the way. The sign ”Restaurant is open” does not really mean it. You can eat in the bar and you can only get the short menu in German. The food is overpriced. Breakfast is ok but it is a total chaos if you go there before 9.30. The photos of the rooms and bathrooms don’t face the reality.

Hotel wa great. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice. Dinner buffet in the restaurant is NOT good and I recommend guest to not chose the ‘full pension”

Hotel was very dated. Hallways were tight, no elevator so hauling bags up and down tight stairs was difficult. Had s nice gym and great pool area. Dinner buffet was very good.

The rooms would be great for a ski party. A little dated, but large and clean. The room was quite a walk from the lobby. The breakfast buffet that came with our room was beyond amazing. Many choices and very tasty. Excellent service.

Food was great and location was good to experience the city and get to the mountains. My family and I had an amazing time!

The front desk is useless. They do not provide any information about the local activities because they don't think it is their job. Our room does not have heat because it is not turned on, and the front desk told us to bring an electrical heater and they never delivered. They never answered our calls from the room. Overall, the stay was terrible.

Hotel grounds were beautiful. Hotel overall inside is very dated and would benefit from extensive remodel as it has amazing potential.

There were no elevators going to rooms on the higher floors. No porters - we came with 2 little kids and were given a room furthest from the reception. We lugged 3 pieces of luggage to these rooms along with the kids Staff was not child friendly- nowhere else in Germany do we have to pay for milk for the baby. Paying is not a problem and we’re on to do that, but here, even after paying $4 they gave us a less than 8iz portion.

Property came with a bus pass which was great traveling around town. Easy check in and check out. Great views of the mountains.
