Ms. Carol was absolutely amazing! She made our trip just that much better. The hospitality and professionalism were top notch. My husband says as long as she is on staff, then this is our “go to” hotel in Raleigh/Garner area! Thank you Ms. Carol and thank you Hampton Inn!

Found a dead cockroach in our room upon checkout. I notified the front desk person and she said “oh, that’s just a water bug”. We will not be staying there again.

Our bathroom was very dirty, small hairs all over the soap, counters and shower. Overall the facility is outdated. The staff at the front desk were great and very helpful.

Loved my stay but they need a bigger parking lot. If you go somewhere and come in later some work trucks take multiple spaces. Breakfast was great!

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and I was ultimately billed twice for my stay. I checked in after midnight so they checked me in twice. Despite phone calls to Hilton and the hotel for a week the matter has not been resolved.

The room was the cleanest I have seen compared to other hotel chains. The breakfast selection was good, and coffee and tea are available 24/7. I will absolutely stay here when in the Raleigh / Garner NC area again.
