This hotel had an awesome check in with Latoya, the hotel needs some TLC, but during the week I was there they’re busy painting and revamping, so it will hopefully be great in the future.

I enjoyed stayinf here aa it was near several places I had to go to. Gum as not big but great! Room was great! Had a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, Also the ice was crushed ice out of the ice maker. Night Staff was super friendly and helpful. Some staff acted very snobbish and they acted like u were bothering them and didnt smile. That was more of the daytime employees.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Garner many, many times since 2010 and have always had excellent service and experience. The value is very good but even better is the staff at the hotel through the years. Judy has become a very good friend, due to her warm personality and professionalism. Latoya has also been very special in my stays there. Probably my favorite hotel of all time due to their efforts, which includes 5 star international hotels. Thanks for the great memories Judy and Latoya!!!!!

Check in was easy. The hotel is clean and is a nice hotel in an commercial environment. Staff was friendly, helpful, morning meal was sufficient. Check out was easy. I only needed an over night stay and this was very adequate.

We stayed at this BW for one night before helping our son move to Miami. The location is nice and off to itself. We did not hear any traffic noise at all. The front desk check in staff was very friendly. While not recognized specifically as BW rewards members we were given the thank you gift for being members. Our bed was comfortable. Room very spacious. Everything clean and in working order. The breakfast area was nice. Food was hot and what we needed. Check out was super easy and pleasant as well. I can definately see why this hotel rates as high as it does. It does seem to be an older property, for example the chase lounge in our room was clean but you could see the wear areas on it. Still that didn't affect our stay - it was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling or in the area for a convenient stay.

Bed was a little bit firm. I wasn’t expecting turn down service and when the front desk woman asked I said No thank you, but when we came back they did it anyways. I had personal items out and just wished there was a door hanger that says “No Turn Down Service Please”

Fantastic nights rest! Comfortable bed to sleep in. Quiet and safe. Friendly staff. My only choice is Best Western, especially the Garner location.

Great place to stay. Staff was amazing Ease of checking in and accommodating the type of room I needed was key to such an awesome worry free stay. We will be staying here again when we are in the area.
