No wifi in reception or in the rooms, the staff is disrespectful to customers and does nothing to meet their needs, not to mention the rooms which are small, poorly maintained and of a cleanliness that leaves something to be desired.

The staff needs to be reformed on customer management, be honest and professional. Indeed, I paid for a stay that I listened to for personal reasons. I requested a refund for the amount of days not used but no attention was given to my request despite me contacting the hotel hierarchy.
