Pas de wifi en reception et dans les chambres , le personnel est irrespectueux envers les clients et ne fait rien pour répondre à leurs besoins,sans parler des chambres qui sont petites,mal entretenues et d'une propreté laissant à désirer.

Le personnel doit être réformé sur la gestion des clients, être honnête et professionel En effet, j'ai payé pour un séjour que j'ai ecouté pour des raisons personnelles. J'ai demandé le remboursement du montant des jours non consomé mais aucune attention n'a été donné à ma demande malgré que j'ai saisi la hiérarchie de l'hôtel.
