If you are about to book this hotel because "It's a Hampton and all Hamptons are good," DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. My family stayed at this hotel for four nights in June 2024. I am just going to list the problems in the fastest way possible: -The first thing we got told was that there was NO TOILET PAPER. We had to go purchase our own TP when we went out. They DID offer to refund our rooms the moment we tried to check in, but who can just refuse the whole room, when you're hundreds of miles from home, while standing in the lobby? -The "breakfast" you expect at a Hampton was not what was served. There were some stations with cereal, some bread and bagels, the waffle thing, and some instant oatmeal. There was a sign that indicated that "our oven went out this morning!" to apologize for there being no hot breakfast. This same sign was in place all four days, and the warmer was full of days-old water and chunks of leftover food. -The shower curtain in our room was dangerous. My wife tripped and nearly fell in the shower because the shower curtain was a good 14 inches into the tub floor. -The curtains in the actual bedroom were disgusting, blotched with black specks and filth, which is probably because ... -The air conditioner was barely functioning and spewed out gross, stale air, and the unit itself was covered with filth. -There's no microwave. It's true that the listing doesn't specifically say there WOULD be a microwave, but at this point in history why would you even ask? EVERY hotel has microwaves! -The ice makers on the second and third floors were both out. Only the first-floor ice maker worked. -The elevator is rickety, and there's no certificate listing the last time it was inspected. -The hallways smell of stale smoke. -The pool area was so overwhelmingly humid and hot that we did not even attempt to get in. It was easily 100 degrees inside. When we attempted to contact corporate over these complains, we basically got a big shrug in response. We were not offered anything other than an empty "we're sorry you had this experience." I've stayed in cheap hotels that were cleaner and had better amenities than this. Hamptons are NOT CHEAP. We book them because the brand carries with it an expectation that we won't have to deal with anything gross or unsafe, we'll be able to have a decent breakfast every morning, and everything will be fresh and clean. This experience has ruined my perception of the entire franchise.

This was a failure on several levels. The front desk did not acknowledge we were Diamond members and we had to ask for the bag of water/snacks that is usually waiting for established Hilton members. The room did not have any regular coffee and when we went down to ask for some, the lady at the desk was downright rude to us. Our asking if any upgrades were available was also dismissed with a good dose of snottiness (goes back to the Diamond status, she should have seen that on the screen when we checked in). Sorry for putting you out. The room had an empty tissue box sitting under the bathroom sink; by this time, we were in no mood for another dose of rudeness from Mrs. Bad Attitude at the desk. For breakfast, we were greeted with a sign saying that the oven was broken, so not hot breakfast. And what was left was a joke. The staff didn't seem very concerned; no repair track was to be seen. So, they could not boil eggs? Could not have any bagels besides sweet? And poor, generic, cheap tea. This place just had a very poor attention to detail everywhere-- easter decorations up in June, grout missing from tiles in the bathroom. This is a Hilton? Come on, you can do a lot better with just a little care. This again makes me re-think why I have a Hilton card.

The room was dirty, the pool looked disgusting. Trash can overflowing and scattered around side entry door. The breakfast at 830 am rubbery eggs over cooked, dry sausage, no juice machine broke, pastries were dry, coffee was good but no cream or 1/2 &1/2 only milk and its only there while breakfast is open. I question if sheets were changed or bed just remade. This hotel is not what I expect from Hampton and I would not stay here again.

Almost the worst I’ve ever been in. This place really should be shut down. It’s sad to think you might catch hepatitis if you stay here. When we arrived we were told it would be about an hour before we could check in because the computer system was down so we went for a bite to eat. When we got back, we asked to be on the same floor as our family came in to town for a funeral. The desk clerk told us no as the rooms have already been assigned to all the guests. ( after the system had been down since the night before??) Then the agent told us that both key cards had to be returned in the morning or there would be a $25 charge for each card lost. Fine, so we get in the elevator and step out in the 2nd floor. The first thing that hits you is the smell of dirt and mold as of there was a leak or wet carpet that was not cleaned. We go down the hall and open the room. The window was open and the room also had a funny smell. Walk in the restroom and lo and behold, no toilet paper. So I walked back through the smelly hallway and go to the front desk. The clerk was on the phone and mouthed “what do you want” . I explained there was no toilet paper and we needed some extra towels for the room. She said she didn’t know if they had any because they might be still washing. Luckily another clerk had already given my mom a set. Went back up to the room, and had to come back down about the window and urine around the bottom of the toilet. I asked the clerk for the manager and she replied he’s not here, he may be back later but didn’t know when. She handed me a card with a phone number that happened to be for the hotel. No other way to contact him. A few hours later, we noticed there were no wash cloths so we had to go back down to the front desk. The clerk again said that they were washing and she would bring them up when they were done. She stated the manager still was not in but left a note for him. I explained that at $175 per night each room ( we had 3 rooms total) the bare minimums should at least be taken care of. About an hour later she brought the towels up. Upon leaving, I turned in the keys expressed again that I wanted to speak with the hotel management. The desk clerk was snappy stating we have a message for him with your phone number. Four days later, still no call, nothing. They absolutely do not care about the condition of the hotel or customers at all.

I have stayed in Hampton Inns for over 20 years and stay at them because of the quality, cleanliness , and consistency. But this Hampton didn’t make the grade. The towels looked and felt like they came from an auto shop. The internet did not work on any of our devices. The chair at the desk was broken. I was not surprised when I told the front desk manager that checked me in that I was leaving and wanted a full refund. This location is no better than a Motel 6. This is not worth paying $175.00 per not. I would avoid it.

Rooms weren't ready until 430pm. One and half hours after check in. No toilet paper or tissue in the bathroom in our room. No one at the front desk EVER! Breakfast was terrible, milk was sour. The entire hotel smelled so strong of ****, it made our stomach and throat hurt

While it wasn't as fresh feeling as a lot of Hampton Inns, it was quiet and comfortable. I was basically just there to sleep, so i didn't use the in-room mini fridge. Breakfast was pretty ordinary, although the eggs and potatoes were bland and had an odd taste. The hotel is easy to find. The only disturbing thing was the out-of-date elevator permit... not good - expired three months ago. I tried to upload but app won't cooperate.
