Front desk gals were cheerful and friendly.
However, the management has cut corners- no daily room service, not super clean (hair on floor, stopped up sink), bed mattress super old and saggy. Sad. With a few raised standards, this would be an excellent place, as the employees are seemingly quite ready to jump higher!

Front desk/staff was very helpful.
Had the presidential suite for 4 nights.
The room was decent, but the jacuzzi tub did not work properly. Also had to request multiple extra blankets, because the ones on the beds were paper thin. Pillows were terrible. Overall not a bad stay, just cost a LOT of money for what we had.

There was no daily room service over the 3 nights I stayed. After 2 days, I asked the front desk (young man on his headphones sitting and watching something on his phone) and he informed me if you want room service, you have to ask the front desk in the morning. There were no signs stating this. I don't know how a guest would have known that you had to ask for room service. I stay in hotels monthly and have never been in one that had this policy. Also, when I went down for breakfast, there were 5 empty tables but none were clean. And the TV kept asking for a pin number and wouldn't work properly.
