Awesome stay. Staff are very friendly. Wish they had fans in the bathroom though. Also parking lot was kind of dirty. Takes away from the whole picture. Stayed here several times. Always pleasant.

Wanted to stay here due to having a indoor pool and hot tub. Got here was informed the pools heater broke and the hot tub has been broke for over a month. I was highly upset this was not on the site. My child was very upset. Was not going to find another hotel because of the non refundable hotel. Wasn’t able to get any money back either. The lady who checked us in was BEYOND AMAZING at her job. She is very professional and friendly.

Napolean at the front desk was incredible. He went above and beyond to accommodate me at this hotel and was super informative. I had a minor issue with a room and he went out of his way to make it right and help me make the smooth transition from one room to the other. He is by far their biggest asset. Hotel was very nice, nice room, nice breakfast and commodities. 10/10 stars, Napolean Phillips should have a raise and/or a higher position.

This hotel was in a good location. No housekeeping of any type available if you stayed less than 2 days. Furniture dated. Room has no clock and very loud air conditioner. Very pleasant staff, front desk and bistro. It wasn't very expensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

It looks nice and has high prices. Everything was clean but a few things in our room were broken including the outlets. There’s one small microwave in the lobby tucked inside the market area which was poorly stocked and insanely priced with products double or triple the normal price. Our shower drain was clogged with hair and the water puddled when showering. There was no complimentary morning coffee in the lobby which would’ve been fine if the employee I asked upon arrival had not said there was. The hotel was nicer visually but I wouldn’t stay there again. I had a more pleasant experience at a Day’s Inn so I’ll probably try another hotel next trip.
