My room is on the first floor that's wonderful because Im in a wheelchair. So door ways and walk way are easy for me to navigate

I found a cockroach inside the bathroom and the flor was sticky and the air conditioner/heater was broken. It was a terrible night

no one was there to check me in... I called the property, while another gentleman rang their buzzer system and called on their phone system. 20 minutes. had to go to a different hotel. working on getting a refund and ******* cant get ahold of them either. not happy with how either company is handling this.
