Hotel is not properly functioning, no AC, fridge not working, rooms not properly cleaned, under “renovations”. I strongly recommend people to avoid this place! ******* should not rent, even if it is not expensive, some people with little budget should not be face with these problems.

When choosing a hotel, the most important factor is the quality of sleep. Unfortunately, the sofa bed at the Holiday Inn Gatineau provided one of the worst sleeping experiences I’ve ever had—it was simply impossible to get a good night’s rest. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the lack of comfort overshadowed the stay. If you’re traveling with more than two people, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel, as the additional sleeping arrangements are far from adequate.

Étant de passage pour un cours séjour, notre choix s’est arrêté sur cet hôtel. L’accueil est courtois mais long, pas vraiment d’explications sur les commodités de l’hôtel. La chambre est de dimension correcte et très propre. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est très sommaire. Cher payé pour le peu d’avantage.

Super accueil chaleureux, nous avions une chambre au 12 eme étage avec superbe vue sur le ****** et la fontaine! (Chambre 1208) Bonne grandeur de chambre. Salle de bain luxueuse. Lit et literie hyper confortable ! Petit déjeuner extra ! Top confort !
