Great location, right next to departures. They have a free hot drinks machine in a room on one of floors but no food. There are restaurants & shops very close by though so it’s not a problem.

We had a small issue with a loud air conditioning system while trying to sleep and the staff addressed it immediately,everything else was perfect that's why we scored them so highly on the questionnaire.

I had an 8:00 flight from Gatwick Airport, so I stayed at this hotel, which is directly connected to Gatwick Airport Station and the airport, to avoid missing my flight. It was a good choice.
As long as I didn't oversleep, I would never get lost on the way to the airport.
Security was also tight, so I felt safe.

We took a slightly bigger room and it was great. It was nice to have the bigger table with mirror. We had a window in the room which wad great.
