The Aramis Sports and Meeting Hotel in Gäufelden has surprised us in many ways. The quiet location in the green with a maintained parking landscape on a natural bath lake is exceptional - we wouldn't have expected that at the edge of a business area. The modern largely measured Comfort rooms with park views have terraces and balcony and are very well maintained. The beds and the rooms are of high quality and functional quality. Our room 109 on the ground floor had all day over sunlight and the large windows to the terrace flowed through the room with daylight and offered a calm view of the maintained parking facility on the lake. The breakfast buffet in the hotel restaurant is extensive and of good quality - in summer the breakfast can be taken on the terrace with a park/sea view or in the glassest bright restaurant. The service in the whole house is very careful and friendly. Mr Mahlitz welcomed us every morning at breakfast with our name. Mrs Wolpert, the housewife, carefully and carefully provided the details that make a perfect stay. Even if a meeting and sports hotel is not necessarily the first place when a short holiday is planned in the walk, we can recommend the Aramis for this purpose. The location to the cities of Herrenberg, Rottenburg and Tübingen makes it ideal for discovery tours - a city trip to near Stuttgart is also not a problem. If we travel again to this region, we would book a room again at Hotel Aramis immediately.

Booked twin room, the room is not big, but enough, we have 2 people, 5 large suitcases of 23KG. Reasonably placed, it will not be very crowded. Renovation: simple, clean, dry and wet separation in the bathroom. Breakfast: Bread, sliced meat, fruit, juice, tastes good. The hotel is in the town center, the bus stop is downstairs, but the town is still convenient for self-driving, there is a parking lot, it looks like 6 euros a night, or free, forget it. Because it is a business trip, come and go, there is no time to go shopping, the hotel (small town) is quiet and beautiful, and then have the opportunity to come here, you must feel it.

Every time I come to the hotel, the interior is now renovated and the environment is quiet. I especially like the 💕 there are several supermarkets and shopping malls pharmacies nearby. Recommended by a British Airways travel agent, we prepaid for this hotel in May 2021, a year ago. We found out belatedly that the TripAdvisor reviews from guests were less than favorable. When we checked in, the receptionist couldn’t locate our reservation at first due to a “system change”. After a few minutes she dug it up and checked us in to our “superior” class room, which was a bit smaller than we expected, but had a nice view of the park-like area between the two wings of the hotel. Since we arrived mid-evening, we took advantage of the hot buffet in the dining room for 23 euros each, which was more luke-warm than hot, typical of many buffets. Upon closer inspection, our room was missing a bath towel and a duvet. When we mentioned this to the receptionist, she explained that the room was previously configured for a single guest. An employee delivered a towel and sheets, and we had to explain what a “duvet” was. When we also discovered that there was no Internet reception in the room, the receptionist explained that it might be due to the number of people in the hotel trying to connect, although we suspected she knew full well that the system was simply deficient. She rebooted the router, but to no avail. The following morning we were able to get Internet in the lobby, but never in the room. Not good for a business hotel. The maid service was good. The breakfast buffet was good, but on the last day of our 3-day stay, guests wandered in to find many items missing and no server in attendance. The bartenders were also frequently AWOL in the evening. The location is good, just off the main highway, but not exactly a scenic garden spot. As another reviewer wrote, the images of the property are misleading. Oh yeah, the pool is still missing.

The rooms are clean VERY spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The A/C is a bit weak but not terrible either. Breakfast is rich and generous. Dinner is not good. The variety is poor and pale. While the hotel interior is not the last fashion it's still meticulous and well maintained. We were on organized trip with a bus so I can't tell much about the hotel location but we all loved the place.

Ich war für einen kleinen Kurzurlaub in Tübingen, um Freunde zu besuchen. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Neckar, parken kann man zu Sonderkonditionen im nahgelegenen Parkhaus, in 2-3 min ist man zu Fuß in der nahe gelegenen Altstadt. Zimmer sind schön und funktional eingerichtet, sehr bequemes Bett, ausreichend Platz für Kleidung im Schrank und auch viel Platz im Bad - die Dusche könnte nur etwas größer sein. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, ich konnte mein Rührei individuell bestellen, das hat mir besonders gut gefallen, auch, daß ich draußen auf der Terrasse mit tollem Blick dabei sitzen konnte. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und man hatte nie das Gefühl, einfach nur ”abgefertigt ” zu werden, wie es bei Kettenhotels oft der Fall ist. Gerne wieder!

Reception and check-in quickly, polite, uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and functional, but no luxury. Some rooms on the main street can be quite loud at open windows. On the other hand, you can sleep very quiet. In summer it can also warm in the rooms depending on location and sunlight. The breakfast buffet was always very good, at the moment the choice is significantly restricted by the health situation, but the quality is still acceptable. Whoever is aware of the situation, for whom stay here is worth its price.

It is a 10-minute drive from Stuttgart Airport and it is very convenient to stay in Stuttgart during the trip. However, this is an industrial area nearby and there are no attractive attractions. Take the subway to the downtown area. If you want to eat simply, walk 10 minutes to Burger King and McDonald's, 25 minutes to sushi restaurants and other restaurants.
