Vid ankomst var personalen mer intresserade av att prata med varandra än att prata med gäster.
Rummet var allt för varmt.

Breakfast was good, good if can add some India chicken dish. Locality was very good as it was close to Gävle central station. It will be nice if customer can select the rooms if available. Over all it was good experience.

Leider gab es nur staubtrockene glutenfreie Brötchen. Außer Knäckebrot zusätzlich keinerlei Auswahl an glutenfreiem Brot, bzw. es gab erst gar kein Brot. Ich habe mehrfach gefragt und ich wurde immer "abgewimmelt". Die Zimmer und die Sauberkeit waren gut, der Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft mit meiner Zöliakie etwas Brot zu organisieren war leider ein Totalausfall.

Helt ok hotell, vårt rum var dock olidligt varmt och personalen sa att de inget kunde göra åt den saken. Visst var det värmebölja men det var nästan varmare i rummet än ute.
Frukosten var också överfull, trots att alla måste boka tid och de öppnat ett konferensrum för frukostgäster. Första morgonen fick vi sitta i lobbyn och äta, vårt sällskap om tre personer fick inte ens plats vid samma bord. Andra morgonen åt vi på personalens inrådan vid kl 10 då det var lugnare.
