I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Bodhgaya. The check-in process was very smooth and everything was handled efficiently. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay very relaxing.
The staff members were extremely polite, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality and positive attitude really made the experience even better.
The food was also very good, and the biryani was especially delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience with great service, cleanliness, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend Hyatt Place Bodhgaya to anyone visiting Bodhgaya and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

🚨🚨PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOKING THIS HOTEL🚨🚨
Very disappointing stay.
1. The hair dryer was broken and caused electrical sparks and fire due to an unsafe power socket. I called the staff, but no one came to help for over 10 minutes. I had to go downstairs myself to find someone, despite this being a serious safety issue.
2. I paid extra for a balcony room, but the balcony was extremely dirty and never cleaned during my entire 4-night stay.
Poor safety standards, very bad housekeeping, and unacceptable frondesk operating service.
I do not recommend this hotel at all, unless you want a very bad experience.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. I'd say it's probably the best hotel in Gaya now. However, since most ppl who visit Gaya come for Mahabodhi Temple, the location of the hotel is a bit off compared to other hotels. But it's an acceptable distance by rickshaw (3-wheels).
The hotel is clean and the staff all are really polite, friendly, and helpful.
Love the hotel.

The cleanliness and service quality were top-notch! However, I'm deducting one star because the location is a bit far from Mahabodhi Temple, requiring a tuk-tuk, and a small wisp of smoke came from the outlet when I used the built-in hairdryer.
For those staying at this hotel and coming from Gaya Airport, you'll need to find a driver at the airport (as ride-sharing services like Uber don't operate there). Be especially wary of drivers who aggressively try to poach business from others by drastically lowering prices. After initially quoting a low fare, one driver complained at the front desk during check-in about the difference between his original price and the amount officially suggested by the Hyatt, and he continued to contact me persistently even after I left Gaya. I recommend getting their WhatsApp number and confirming the price in writing via chat beforehand.

Hotel could be better if there are more amenities like pool and maybe another restaurant to choose from as they only have 1 now.

Very nice service from front desk to dining. They even made me almond milk lattes and gluten free bread. The fitness center, while small, offers a universal machine that gives great workout. The steam room and spa are also nice touches. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. We will definitely return. Thank you.
