Location is very good. Service was satisfactory. Room and bathroom were cleaning daily. Corridor was specious.

Hotel vrindaban vihar is one of the best hotel in gaya, like as cleaness, facility and his staff behaviour is also good

Food is average, no hygiene, washrooms are in worst condition, i need to ask manager several time to fix the plumbing issues in all the three rooms that they have allocated to us. You have to ask several times for basic amenities also. I feel stuck-ed when i reached to hotel, makemytrip team also didn't help us to relocate to another hotel. No resolution provided from hotel side as well as mmt.

Very near of bharat seba shram sangha. Room was good, survive is also good. Food was tasty. Quite improvement required in bill payment. Process in hotel. They used to take cash payment only. Card payment should be shared in this days. Over all its ok.
