The hotel is under major renovations and it’s badly needed. I made the reservation but wasn’t alerted to this until after submitting payment which I believe is fraudulent practice to customers. There was plaster and paint peeling off the ceiling above the check in desk upon our arrival which was reason enough for me to find a different hotel. I explained to the people working the front desk my concerns and wasn’t offered even an apology. They would not refund my money so I contacted my bank who issued my debit card and they are handling the situation.

The name of this hotel is American Alpine Lodge NOT Travelodge by Wyndham!! The third party that is stating this needs to take site down!! It is false advertisement and the hotel has told me it is not on their end and they have tried to get it taken off. Jamie the front desk manager and a guy named Don that works 24/7 were great to deal with. They are exceptionally sufficient and answered any questions I had.

Hotel is very outdated. Door opened real hard because vinyl flooring must have been laid over existing flooring and was too tall for door. Dirt and cobwebs in corners. The foot of one bed was higher than the head. Location is great! Price is right. Desk attendants were wonderful! Thank you!

Toilet seat was broken...they put bed sheet on incorrectly so we had to fix both beds...microwave was also broken...floor was sticky

The property is older, but is well taken care of. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was amazing! The pool area was very nice, and they had a piano for all to play. I will definitely stay here again!

Property needs a major overhaul. Room was musty moldy smelling. Carpeting and hallways was gross and dirty. Would have asked for refund the minute I walked in my room if I would have had another place to go. No breakfast. No lounge/bar/restaurant. Although after seeing room probably wouldn't have liked that either. Just disappointing for what the pictures looked like :(

I like the convenient location and friendly staff.
The property is a little dated like others have pointed out but that doesn't bother me, especially for the price.
