Everything was perfect, the only thing I would say it's to improve the quality of the room service food it was very bad.
Spa, Jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath and the massages were amazing. Breakfast was very abundant.

The hotel environment is very good, the service is warm and thoughtful, I like the layout of the room very much, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the food is delicious. The scenery outside the hotel is beautiful, and the church opposite is ⛪️It is very photogenic. I will choose here next time.

The hotel is well appointed, 15 minutes from airport and 10 minutes drive from centre with on site parking. Reception was friendly and efficient and the room was spacious and comfortable with free fast Wi-Fi. Hot water was occasionally on the lukewarm side but otherwise room was good. There was a bar and restaurant with plentiful breakfast and omelette to order. I didn’t use the spa but it looked great. Outside there were river walks with about 1 hr riverside walk into town.

Have stayed on and off now for 16 weeks, tried different rooms each time small, king, a couple with kitchen and sofa, although the rooms are cleaned they never vacuum, stains on furniture so always have to sit on a towel, they never replace the milk in fridge you always have to ask for it, shouldn't have to should i, Bar staff are very good the food is excellent, SPA facilities are fantastic good sized pool sauna and jacuzzi amazing massages to boot. Pricey I think to be honest, just not as clean as it should be for such a Hotel Chain my only disappointment
