Great stay overall. Check in swift. Stayed in apartments which were very clean. Fridge a little dodgy for closing but worked fine.
Leisure facilities in hotel not all open, steam room, showers and one sauna all closed.

Do not stay here please! This is filthy, I have attached pictures. Personnel here was so uninterested in the customer service that I decided to write a review here and on Google. Those disgusting insects ("lepisma", Google it.) crawling around all over the place.

The room was completely different from the pictures on the page. When we pointed this out to the hotel, we were told that they were borrowed pictures and no rooms looked like the pictures. Our room was oddly decorated with the bed far from the wall. There were no bedside tables or bedside lamps and the drawers in the bathroom were broken and disgusting

Excellent value for money. Quick access to Gdansk old town. Several nice restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff. Quiet. Great facilities.
