Communication should have been better. Property to report at and where actual stay was were in a major road works area. Noise was not too bad but access difficult.
Kitchen equipment was ample but little things missing or not functioning. Plug in kitchen sink not working, bo cleaning brush for dishes and no wiping cloths to clean with - and only 1 flimsy drying cloth.

Comunication from Paulina throughout was excellent espcially due to a rerouted flight to Warsaw, very helpfull with access to the appar**ent, appar**ent was in a very good position for local access, also able to leave luggage in their office untill departure time.

Located on the central road, but *****ped of any basic amenities such as hair dryer, soap, and everything you would expect from such an expensive apar**ent. The windows overlook the street level and must always be closed because they overlook the back of the buildings where there are restaurant fumes. The fixtures are of worn wood. It is theft to charge 230€ for one night for an empty room in Poland. When I asked for a hair dryer they said they didn't have one. At that price they could have bought it. Terrible support, terrible experience. Luckily Poland offers much better.
