Hotel where we regularly visited before the pandemic. Now we were there again for 7 nights. Super friendly staff, kitchen is ok, good breakfast except the hard bread. No WiFi the first 3 days, which was very annoying because I needed it for work. Nice bar with overly high prices. It felt like the holiday season, screaming children running through the hallways and dogs barking in the vicinity of our room, noise everywhere actually. Rooms need an urgent update, worn out mattresses and dirty floors. Refrigerator makes a lot of noise and needs to be unplugged to sleep. Swimming pool and Spa are public with little supervision. Also a lot of noise and the sauna is not used hygienically by some, without showering in advance and without a towel. To rest you have to be somewhere else.

One of my worst hotel stays. The air conditioning in the room did not work (temperature 30 degrees outside and stuffy). Plus, it smells musty. A dirty rag was left in the bathroom by houskeeping. The room is dirty. Please see this dirty chair with large stains (I don't want to think about what these stains are from anymore). After a long exchange of arguments about the stay with the reception and housekeepers and several requests to bring at least a fan, in the evening, while I was out of the room and had a "do not disturb" sign on the door, someone finally brought a fan that was old and made more noise than cold and wind. It is unacceptable that someone entered the room despite the "do not disturb" sign! What are the hotel standards in the Accor group? Despite so many inconveniences, no compensation was offered, and I was only instructed to submit an official complaint to the management.

The elevator is broken, and the room card key is also broken. I only sleep for a few days, but I go up and down the stairs because of my height. Whether it was to go hiking or to rest, I couldn't tell for a minute.

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after. This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again! The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city! There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler! Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu! I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal! And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

Hotel w doskonałym położeniu - około 150 m do plaży. Hotel 3 gwiazdkowy ale to co oferuje to co najmniej 4 gwiazdki: SPA, basem z obsadą ratowników, siłownia - nie tylko dla amatora. Duży wybór potraw z karty, Śniadanie również duży wybór potrwa, 4 ekspresy do kawy - a wiec nie ma uciążliwych kolejek . W pokoju czysto , duże, wygodne łóżka. Cisza i spokój. w pokoju i na korytarzu. Parking z dużą ilością miejsc.

w czerwcu 2022 odwiedziliśmy Hotel Mercure z dzieckiem. Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, pokój już na nas czekał:) Hotel ,ładny z zewnątrz, ładny park dookoła. Bardzo ładne lobby. Całkiem sympatyczna restauracja z krótkim menu. Pokój dobrze wyposażony jednak on korytarze przydało by się odnowić. Fajna strefa spa z siłownią. Najmocniejsza strona hotelu to lokalizacja i śniadania. Hotel usytuowany ok 3 minut spacerkiem od najładniejszego wejścia do morza w Jelitkowie, przy potoku, z małą zatoczką - raj dla dzieciaków. Śniadania bardzo bogate, syn ma silne alergie pokarmowe, a mimo tego bez problemu znajdowaliśmy codziennie coś smacznego dla niego.Polecam z czystym sercem. Szkoda, że parking płatny mimo to rezerwacja na 2023 zrobiona ;)
