The apartment was a decent stay, and located close enough to Old Town to walk, and that part of our stay was good.
I was disappointed that they didn’t provide enough toiletries for our week stay, and when asked, they said they wouldn’t restock. There weren’t any backup toilet paper rolls, so we had 2 small rolls for a week (2 bathrooms in the apartment).

Kein Komfort & schlecht , defekte Einrichtung ! Das Bett ist Mega durchgelegen … Man spürt jede Feder!! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt ! Da kann man besser ein Hostel buchen ! Nach Beschwerde wurde uns ein neues Apartment versprochen . Am nächsten Tag standen wir da mit gepackten Koffern und uns wurde gesagt das dass Appartement doch nicht mehr frei ist ! So mussten wir jeden Abend die Matratze auf den Boden legen , damit mit wenigstens etwas schlafen konnten !!Ich sag es mal so , wenn man Zimmer / Apartments vermietet , ist das mindeste ein Bett wo man drauf schlafen kann ! Das hat man HIER NICHT ! Frechheit ! Zudem musste man 4 Tage für eine zusätzliche Decke warten . Also diese appartments + Service = ******** !!!! NIE WIEDER !!! Das einzige Positive : die Lage & das Haustiere erlaubt sind ( hatten aber keins dabei )

Everything was exceptional, aside from the pictures of the apartement we got beforehand. They did not match the actual apartment and the sleeping couch was broken.
But overall, a very pleasant stay!

Booked apartment for 4 nights. The place was dirty, mold in a bathroom, stains on the walls, dirty carpet sits on the sofa, chewing gum stack to the bed, hand prints on the walls… stains dishes, missing cutlery… I check our after 2 nights as waiting for help from the customer service… no refund yet despite my request.

В наших апартаментах не было кофеварки, но в ваучере она есть. В офисе нам сказали ждать до понедельника ( 2 ночи), потом сказали писать на почту, где нам не ответили, и на букинге мне тоже не отвечали, только если вопрос был не о кофеварке. Балкон не закрывался до конца, поэтому пропускал холод. Ножей нет. Вилка для Wi-fi роутера была сломана, мы чинили сами. Морозилка не морозит, мы выбросили много продуктов, и в холодильник ничего не можно положить, он по размерам как мини-бар. Лампочки в ванной перегоревшие. На выходных очень шумно, так как люди на улице кричат. А в будние дни в 7 утра, мы просыпались от мусоровоза, который было очень слышно. Мы выехали на одну ночь ранее, но ключи смогли вернуть только наследующий день после 10 утра. (Офис был закрыт)

Bright, clean apartment in fantastic location, with grocery and great dining options in the neighborhood. Apartment had good basic amenities and the building was quiet. Old town and transport network a few minutes walk away.

Very good communication, contactless key reception (the reception is not 24/7). There were some shortcomings - the mattress was worn out, there was no waste bin in the bathroom. There is no shelf for the shower cabin

Excellent place to stay in Gdansk. The check-in came with no trouble and the Apartment was nice, tidy and well equipped. Close to the City Centre :) The Bed was comfortable and the apartment is situated in a very quiet ara.

Bardzo czysty i wygodny apartament. Bardzo dobre miejsce dla dwojga, ale też dla pary z małym dzieckiem ( bez problemu wjedziemy sobie wózkiem z samego dołu aż do mieszkania ). Bardzo dobrze dobrane kolory dzięki, którym lepiej można wypocząć. Mieszkanie jest ciche i przytulne. Bardzo blisko jest z tego mieszkania do atrakcji miasta. Również po sąsiedzku można zjeść fajny i smaczny posiłek. Na pewno wrócimy tu z mężem.
