Hotel is in a great location, and the room pleasant enough, clean etc but we were a bit disappointed with the communal areas of the hotel. Booked the hotel as it felt traditional in style but we were next door and really the hotel was just a series of rooms which meant lacking in a**osphere somehow.

Das Gotyk House liegt Mitten in der Altstadt und die Zimmer sind modern, aber sehr klein. Unter den Hotelzimmern befindet sich ein Restaurant. Leider sind die Fenster der Hotelzimmer nicht Schallisoliert und es ist wirklich abends und nachts sehr laut. Wem das nichts ausmacht, für den ist das Hotel perfekt.

Gotyk House was a great choice for our 3 day stay in Gdansk. It’s close proximity to the center of town made it convenient as we barely had to walk to reach the main attractions. Rooms had all the amenities you could think of, and the hotel staff were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Hotellet ligger i mitten av Gdansk Gamla stan och är väldigt fint på utsidan och i inte.
På receptionen arbetar supertrevliga personer, väldigt kompetenta och hjälpsamma. Speciellt en kille som hjälpte oss med alla varat problem.
Frukosten som man kan betala på hotellet var god och vi hade en vegan med oss och restaurang anpassat maten till den. Det var superkul.
Rummet var bekväm och hade allt som vi behövde.

The room was great, location was great (in the heart of Gdańsk old town), breakfast (paid separately) was great. Staff's English was okay. Showerheads could be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, a really good choice, I highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights and it is really in a lovely location. Room was nice and very clean. But too many issues to rate more than 3*. Room heating was overbearing at night and can't be turned down and too noisy outside to open the window. We were given the remote control for the air con which helped. No milk provided, told we had to buy our own. Room still not serviced one day by 2.30pm. Shower quite weak and shower head definitely needed descaling. Other trivial issues mean overall, for us, this was not a great hotel.
