Very good experience, the staff is very friendly and allow early check in and I am able to have more time in Gdansk.

Very helpful staff and delicious breakfast..

Very nice rooms and nice place to have a beer. Only downside is the location, geographically it is fine, but it is next to a main road and the windows weren't sealed and didn't have secondary glazing so it was very very loud. Definitely need to fit secondary glazing then it would have been a much better and more comfortable place to stay. Would have bumped service up to 5 and location to 4 had the windows been sorted.

It wasn't the double bed I booked, but a twin bed... ㅜㅜ I'll check with Trip.com later. The special thing is that beer is provided upon request during breakfast (but you have to pay).

服務：剛好有房間，所以12:30到的時候，前台就給辦理了入住。這點非常好👍👍👍！要求11:00點，但也稍可以晚一點退房到12:00，還幫忙免費打印了登機牌。 設施：房間很大很寬敞，層高很高，大窗户很敞亮。視野很好。 衞生：房間整個很新，以及衞生間很乾凈，整體硬件設施不錯。 環境：火車站隔壁，門口就是交通要道。樓下的大餐廳啤酒屋很出名。 缺點：1. 遮光窗簾拉不嚴實，挺大縫隙。 2.窗户隔音效果確實不好，能聽見車水馬龍。

Good location. Nice service. But room was not much quiet. There was a lot of noise from street, especially busses (there are multiple bus stops nearby). Moreover during our stay restaurant and pub were closed due to IT problems. We were significantly disappointed as we could not try the local beer :-(

Checked-in in the early hours of the morning due to delayed flights and the staff were very helpful and allowed us a later check out. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and room very comfortable. Just wish we could have arrived earlier to enjoy the hotel more.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Such a pleasure to stay somewhere with character, rather than a bland chain. The restaurant serves excellent food - I’ve had many pierogi in my time, but their venison pierogi with a mushroom sauce were on another level. And as you would expect from a venue with its own brewery, the beer is delicious. The hotel is very well located, within a comfortable stroll to most tourist attractions and restaurants, and next to the railway station. On top of all this, what made our stay extra special was the service. Mateusz on reception went out of his way to help us get the most out of our stay.

Super friendly staff always welcoming with local knowledge and advice if needed; rooms good size and comfortable with all the right amenities and a nice bar/restaurant downstairs; great locale for popping in and out of the old town

Great sized rooms with a well stocked drinks station and mini bar. Breakfast is awlays top notch with varied selection.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the lovely, top quality hotel. Luxurious modern rooms and friendly attentive staff. Special thanks to Mateusz on reception who helped us make the most of our visit to Gdansk with great suggestions on where to go and what to see. We will definitely be back.
