The hotel is well-suited, rooms renovated. Strangely solved bathrooms, but better than at all. Service in the reception 10/10, super bakes, young girls, very nice. Breakfast is good, for us definitely enough. The small problem appeared on the parking lot. We paid the parking space in the hotel and we had a mandate in the morning. You of course solved the problem. The only problem here is a very loud road near the hotel. All night, the ambulances were on the signal, hard. We'll sleep at home.

From check-in o check-out, the staff at this hotel were excellent. We had booked two rooms and were given adjoining rooms. I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. There was the usual tea/coffee facilities, it a nice touch was a water cooler at the lift area. This gave us access to clean, cool drinking water. We ate in the restaurant on the first day, for breakfast. The choice was plentiful, but I would recommend looking elsewhere to eat, as the price was way above what else is available in very close proximity. The location of the hotel was ideal. There is a shopping mall opposite, with a choice of shops and eating places. There are several supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance and plenty of other shops as well. It was a leisurely 15 minute walk into the centre of Gdansk and Dluga street. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others and would definitely consider staying, if we were ever in Gdansk again.

The location is perfect. This is the beginning of the old town, the main street Dluga is just around the corner, but there are no crowds in front of the hotel. Downtown within walking distance, to the canal waterfront 10 minutes. Near many restaurants, many grocery stores of the inexpensive network Zabka (recommended). Also 10 minutes walk to the main train station, from where you can easily get to Malbork, Sopot, etc. Delicious and varied breakfasts (from 07:00 to 11:00) are served in the Rękawiczka restaurant, which can be reached on the ground floor, opposite the reception - no need to go outside. In the evening it is convenient and tasty to drink good wine, I recommend Polish homemade - it exceeded our expectations. Very nice staff, clean and warm rooms. Honest *** +, i.e. more than three stars. Thanks to the staff, we will be back :)

As a Hilton Diamond I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's (as well as other Hilton's) and honestly I usually avoid them. With that said, the location of this hotel, the reviews and even the cost made it very attractive. On arrival which was MANY hours before check in. I had yet to mention my name or anything, I just asked if it was possible to check in early (even if in a few hours) and was accommodated without any issue. Ironically the person never even realized I was Diamond, never gave me snacks and all that stuff but I didn't care since I had a room MANY hours before the norm after an 8hr night train; I did receive the 'Diamond' stuff later and the person at reception apologized for not realizing it earlier or recognizing my status. Although I'd have preferred facing the front, it was a courtyard, very quiet, big room with a separate little desk area, large bed and little couch/chair. The room was very clean, the general service was great at the desk as well as in the restaurant. I am not much of a breakfast person (coffee YES!!) but the breakfast was plentiful with everything from meats, cheese, fish, hot buffet, waffles, cereal etc etc. One of the days I ate a little something and the food was fresh, hot and good. Location wise this hotel can't be beat, you are a 5 min walk to/from the waterfront, 5 min walk to the golden gate and I walked to/from the central station in 10-15 mins. Walking out the front there is a small parking lot and out the back there is a good little whisky place and a street of restaurants. 100% recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Our visit started with a hiccup but the staff solved the issue like pros. The result was more than satisfactory. We had such a pleasant stay in this new and modern hotel that was right in the middle of the old town without being affected by the noise and liveliness that comes with such areas. The rooms were spacious and impressively clean. We stayed in a connecting family room so the pre-teens get their own space and we got our space as parents. The hotel offered complimentary water and juices in the fridge which is something I have not seen in many other hotels. We were also able to park the car just next to the hotel (for a reasonable fee) which made our visit smoother. Already planning a new visit to the hotel :)

Stayed here a couple of times recently and it has some really good things going for it but also some things to be aware of. Great location 10/15 mins walk from two different railway stations and within 5 mins walk of a number 9 tram stop, so many options to get from the airport to the hotel across bus , train and tram. I used a combo of number 110 bus then changed to tram The hotel itself is very modern and has two separate buildings. One has reception and restaurant / bar and the other is just rooms and a roof top sky bar which gives good views and something different if it’s a nice night Rooms are very comfortable and well appointed, great beds and potential for a good nights sleep, big tv but only two English channels which both only show rolling news. Usb and euro plug points by bed, small fridge, big bathroom with a walk in shower was very nice. I only had breakfast which was a great selection and very tasty and I’d recommend. Now the bad bits, on my most recent stay I was in the second building on 3rd floor and was kept awake till 4am by a private party in the rooftop skybar, if it was keeping me awake I wonder how bad it was for people on floors 4, 5 and 6. Going by the volume it must have been nightclub volume in the actual bar but my main issue with it is that the reception staff and manager could not have cared less about the impact on residents which was very disappointing, clearly they value the revenue from private more than the revenue from residents. So I would really recommend people check there is not a private function on in this hotel before booking. As a diamond member I’d have expected to be housed in the main building aware from this noise and to have the staff actually be bothered I sent an email in with feedback that has been totally ignored as well as a shrug of shoulders from reception staff My message to hotel is do not take residents for granted as they simply won’t return after a bad experience like this I am also still having to chase IHG reward points from over one month ago which simply isn’t acceptable. In summary great hotel and locations but staff and management related issues

The hotel is in a convenient location near old town and on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely furnished with a small sofa, a couple of chairs, a desk and good lighting. The bathroom was clean with good shower pressure.
We used the sauna and the pool which are in the next building over. When we went at night it was pretty busy, the changeroom is for both men/women but the showers are separated.
The hotel had plenty of street parking when we stayed so we lucked out - the hotel has paid parking for 80 PLN to park in their parkade.
We found there wasn't much near the hotel except for a handful of restaurants and a convenience store. Lots of restaurants and shops are within a 5-10 minute walk so it is convenient enough.

Fab building, loads of history , very industrial look, loved it, lucky to get an upgraded room on the top floor , very spacious with living area, comfiest beds ever and loved the separate quilts, pillows were to soft for us but were given some more, good size bathroom and hot powerful shower, location was ok about 10 min walk from waterfront , unsure about one tiny piece of the road we had to pass each night but we were fine just walked fast Would highly recommend price was unbelievable 😀 thank you for a great stay

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is located just outside the main train station which is very convenient. It is also located in the historical building and its beautiful inside with high ceilings and the vibe of an past times connected with modern feeling. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and super clean bathroom. You have plenty of space to unpack your belongings. The hotel has a restaurant that also brews their own beer. You can easily get a beer or drink, or food and bring this to your room. They also sell beer at the concierge office and I assure you this beer is fantastic. There is a little bit of sound coming off the streets as the hotel is located in busy area but that did not bothered us at all. Walking distance to the old city area is about 20 minutes. I highly recoomend this place if you want to be close to everywhere but not overwhelmed by the tourists on the other hand.
AAnonymous UserI could enjoy nothing with the view. It was different what I expected.
Dirty bathrobes, and maybe reused paper cup, and even didnt change towel fully, one was on the handle. Bathrobes were mess as you can see in the picture.
I was wondering if someone didn't finish cleaning and forgot.
And the most shocking thing was dirty paper cup, there were coffee marks on leads.
I stayed here for 2 nights and found this cleaning situation late time so I didn't call the reception. But when I told the receptionists with checking out, they apologized and offered free taxi ride to central station.
But seriously this hotel should improve the cleaning services.
GGuest UserHotel is located near fast city tram, called SKM. Without driving the car you can really fast and cheap sightseeing the city of Gdańsk, Sopot or Gdynia. Food in hotel is really good, the lunch menu is not big, but everyone will find something attractive. I ate delicious fish with rice and vegetables, also menu for children is very tasty. Breakfast is really huge it is served by the waitress, so you should ask for small portion. In the whole hotel everyone has to wear a mask, even during breakfast. You can feel safety and protected. To sum up very good food, great location with free Wi-Fi, parking, dogs friendly. I really recommend this hotel for family weekend.
GGuest UserI highly recommend the Admiral Hotel. The location is exquisite. The Old Town of Gdańsk is at your fingertips, there are plenty of restaurants and attractions around. An ideal place to stay for two for a weekend or longer to spend a nice time in the historic center of Gdańsk. There is a small paid parking lot under the hotel, but there is a large paid private car park within 100m.
Breakfast very good, lots of choice.
GGuest UserGreat hotel, with a great location in the main town. Easy to walk to everything. Clean and spacious room and great spa facilities! Would definitely stay again
DDondimon75The hotel is located in 5-7 minutes by car from the center of Gdansk. More suitable for just staying overnight, next to there is a small supermarket, a restaurant. Hotel rooms are standard, there is TV, phone, bottled water, electric teapot with cups and cooking, large bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, toilet cosmetic facilities, there is a fan. There is a free parking at the hotel, the Internet is good, there is also a small corner for the entertainment of small children. In the morning, the restaurant serves a fairly pleasant and delicious breakfast. The food is delivered to the rooms.
GGuest UserFood is excellent. The staff are very competent and friendly. Rooms are spacious boutique style. Very close to excellent river side facilities bars cafes restaurants and Amber jewellery markets. The galleon boat trips are good fun. All food and drinks are great value. . I had seafood meals every day. Heaven !
GGuest UserI stayed here for three nights and had a good time. The hotel staff at reception, bar and housekeeping have been friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was quite, clean and comfortable, had a good size and was exactly as pictured on the home page. Only minus points are, that in some places the room could've used some renovation, but it was nothing major, nothing was broken or damaged. The location in the old town is very good, you can reach most sights by foot or tram from the station across the street. I'd definitely stay here again.
JJudyThis hotel is conveniently located in the heart of old town~ whether you’re walking to cafes and bars or shopping Centre or sightseeing or the shopping mall~ it’s all nearby.
For breakfast, there’s a little restaurant tat serves great quality food. Called Stodko Stone.
You’d sometimes hear drunken tourist making a noise so I’d suggest you request a room away from the Main Street.
