after arriving from a 20 hour flight, i showed up at willa bryza to a locked door and had to contact them via cell phone. they states i did not have a reservation and lost over $400. uwaga hotel ukradł mi ponad $400. przyjechałem hotel zamkiety na klucz - i twierdzili że nie było zadnej rezerwacji - tydzien wczeszniej zdwoniłem i potwierdzałem

This was a shocking experience. The suite was super dirty, run down and covered with mould. The furniture was falling apart, bathroom was most unsanitary. The manager was rude and unhelpful. For anyone considering a stay I would just say DONT. It's a shame as the *********** as well as own website are selling this property as luxurious, which couldn't be further from the truth.

Feel like home in this magical and relaxing place. I book the smallest room, but it was an amazing room, cozy, stylish and comfortable, I love the atmosphere and the soul of the place, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was really good and full of delicious food. Hosts are friendly and very kind. Really close to the beach. This place is more than I was expecting. Very recommended.

Willa Bryza – „spełniamy oczekiwania” widnieje na stronie, gdy tymczasem rzeczywistość te oczekiwania bezlitośnie zweryfikuje. Wszechobecny brud, brak higieny (o dezynfekcji nie ma co marzyć), zniszczone wyposażenie, dziurawa bielizna pościelowa w tzw. apartamencie. Brakuje tylko karaluchów. Kafelki z naciekami, nie wiadomo, farby czy krwi (niedowiarkom służymy zdjęciami), kurz rośnie sobie spokojnie wraz z kolejnymi miesiącami pandemii. Większość halogenów wypalona, ciemno. Tzw. apartament słynie z dużego tarasu, tyle że lepiej na niego nie wychodzić, bo można złamać nogę na schodkach, ponieważ klepki usuwają się spod nóg. Generalnie bardzo dużo atrakcji, ale raczej niezgodnych z naszymi oczekiwaniami. Zdecydowanie odradzamy!
