Thanks to all the hotel staff! Rooms are clean , people are nice, solved all my problems, gave me transfer to hospital, course k didn't know need to buy it. Thank you !

Отличный отель , завтрак , вид на город с 14 этажа , сауна и бассейн ! Очень близко к торговому центру Гедзе , и утром вкусный завтрак !

Öncelikle resepsiyondan başlayarak bahsetmeliyim. Resepsiyonda çalışan personelin tamamından çok memnunuz. gözlemlediğim kadarıyla sadece bana karşı değil tüm müşterilere sabırla ve titizlikle ilgi gösteriyorlar. Son konaklamamda Rufan ve Semih'e ilgi ve nezaketelerinden dolayı ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Bence otelin en başarılı ekibi İK ya da çalışan seçimini kim yapıyorsa o çünkü her noktada çalışanları on numara seçiyor. Resepsiyonda çalışan tüm arkadaşların en az bir yabancı dili akıcı konuştuğunu da gözlemledim. Restaurantta çalışan Emir, Emre ve Aykut ise her geldiğimizde kahvaltı da dahil güleryüzleri ile isteklerimizi sorguluyorlar. Tüm ekip bizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyor. Odaların konforu ve dizaynı ise bence çok iyi planlanmış. Hyatt Gebze sayesinde diğer şehirlerde konaklama yapacağımız zaman Hyatt otelleri önceliğimiz oldu. Eminiz ki diğer tüm otellerin resepsiyonlarında Rufan gibi, Mehmet gibi, Semih gibi, İskender gibi, Emre gibi, Türker gibi çalışanları var. Eminiz ki odaları temiz ve kaliteli, eminiz ki restaurantlarında sizi memnun etmeye çalışan Emir, Emre ve Aykut gibi personeli var. Tabi bize bu alışkanlığı kazandıran ve her nazımızı çeken Zafer'i de unutmamalıyız. Onun sayesinde konaklamaya başladık diğer arkadaşlar vazgeçilmez

Herşey çok iyidi.Kısaca, Hyatt otelleri kalitesi diyebiliriö. Reception daki samimi ve yardımsever arkadaşlar. Odaların konforu ve rahatlığı , evimden uzak olsamda evimdeymiş gibi bir his veriyor insana, iş hayatının stresini bir nebze sönümleyen otel.

This is was the second time for me to stay in gebze hotel, I really love the place and location. Stuff were very helpful. The hotel got onsite parking so it handy for me. The location of the place is good however if you are driving in afternoon is quiet busy and all roads are closed due to traffic
