I stay in this hotel 3-5 times a year for a 2-night stay. It’s a little run down. The beds are comfortable, the linens are “rustle-y” and clean. The rooms are reasonably clean, and it’s a convenient location. The desk staff is mostly helpful and friendly. Cons: no elevators, many of the rooms don’t have working power outlets near the bed (I travel with an extension cord), bathrooms could use some upgrading (for example, there are no vents and counters are often chipped). But— it’s clean and convenient with a mostly quiet clientele. It meets my needs.

Hotel smelled clean, breakfast area was nice, staff friendly. This hotel needs some upgrades, our bedroom window was cracked and taped, the toilet was loose and moved when u sat on it. No fans in the shower and our pull out bed was broken so we had to change rooms. The change was easy, ac worked great, room was big enough for our 5 adults. I would stay again as we weren’t there except to sleep, Altho my friends want to stay elsewhere next year.

This is the last time for us to stay in Quality Inn. Everything is old. Stains on sheets, on towels, TV not working. Staff not really prompt to respond, no phone in bedroom so impossible to contact the service desk. For three days room service was absent, same poor breakfast. Overall: horrible hotel.

I appreciated the proximity to the highway and area sites, the comfort of the bed, the complimentary breakfast and the very nice staff; however, this hotel does have some issues.
While the beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size, it was rather cold. There was a heating/air conditioner inside the room but all it did was blast out cold air. It was so chilly in the room that my daughter did not want to get out of the covers in the morning! I spoke to the desk staff and they said they would have someone look at it but it still did not work. They let us switch rooms to the one across the hall, which was more comfortable but still the heating unit did not work. Also, the television was hard to operate with the remote and we couldn't even use the one in our second room.
There was also a leak in the hallway with a bucket underneath it to catch the brownish-yellow drip; sorry, but that is not something a guest should see.
I also think it was priced a little high, but that's Bidenomics for you! Next time I am in the area I will most likely stay elsewhere.

The bed and coach had stains on it and a liquor bottle was under my bed. Sometime around 3am someone tried to open my door and when I went to see who was in the hall it was only a staff member walking down.
