If you want quaint, quirky and very old school. Then this is your hotel. We are not fan of this hotel as the rooms are old and not laid out great (outlets next to the bed would be great). The bathrooms were unique. In both rooms we had, there was a step up to get into the bathroom and the doors were very short (like barely 6ft, so someone tall as myself would hit your head). The shower/tub was very skinny and the tube connected to the shower head was kinked and would barely reach the shower). The first room we had was right over the bar and music didn't stop playing until 1:45am. Needless to say we asked for another room the next night. Breakfast was good, but, we've had better on this trip. Dinner was also good and very expensive. Again, had better on this trip. The outdoor hot tub was luke warm at best and it was small (for a hotel of this size). The indoor hot tub was even smaller and the sauna in the men's was only big enough for 3 people. Did we like that it had the bowling alley and sports bar, yes! Ski in ski out? Not really. More like short walk uphill to the first pama lift and ski down the street to return.
