I slept in the hotel One night, It Is a Good hotel with good position and a great breakfast! Also receptionist very reactive

Magnificent view from the room, spacious rooms, rich breakfast. I wish I could come again. We didn’t have the chance to taste the food at the restaurant. We met the chef at the breakfast which was marvellous.

Myself & my wife stayed there 2N during our Scandinavia tour. Our dream was to stay close to some Norway fjords. Our third floor fjords facing room fulfilled all our dreams. It seems that large cruise 🛳 ships are coming to our courtyard . No need to hurry. You can just enjoy seating in your room.

Super convenient hotel in Geirangerfjord. Right next to the small port area with restaurants and shops. It's right off the main road and faces the waterfront and fjord. The hotel is a little old and could use a facelift. But, it's really convenient and close to everything. The restaurant on site is small and only takes reservations which were not available when we arrived. There are not many options in the town but there is a small supermarket right next door. The paint was peeling badly from the roof on my balcony but the room was comfortable enough. Would probably choose another location if I ever returned to this area.

This was the most expensive hotel booked on our trip and given the location, we had high expectations. The room needs significant refurbishment, light fittings that tripped out and the bathroom, well the shower was a hose from the tap, and you stand in a a bath, where on earth does this happen anymore. The thing is whilst it looks great from the outside, the hotel, has been ‘sweated’ and given you will be a non returning tourist, they really don’t care! Last night there was a disco outside the hotel, starting at mid-night and ceased at 0400hrs, I complained, the staff were not interested, nor did they act. I am exhausted from less than three hours sleep. The perceptions suggested I contact ‘***********’ to complain! The noise was so bad, we recorded the music inside the bedroom, and clear as day could identify the music! THIS HAPPENS EVERY SUNDAY EVENING! Appalling service, rude and unhelpful staff, I will not rest until this matter is addressed! Check hotel reviews, and if you can book elsewhere! DEFINITELY DO NOT BOOK ON A SUNDAY NIGHT!

This was the most expensive hotel we booked on our trip to Norway given it was twice the cost of the hotels, we were extremely disappointed. The room decor was poor, even the bathroom has an old tap to hose shower. The staff were very helpful and to be honest it had the potential to be excellent, but needs massive investment, and realistic pricing. Then again, how often do you travel to Norway, they just need to get your money once!

Our experience of 2 nights was just perfect. We was staying in newer building floor 10 in room with the view to the fjord, this room was also booked in advance. So we got what we wished for! Staff was really helpful to check us in when arriving late night. Special thanks to finnish girl @ reception! Room was a litle oldish, but clean, and had everything you need, everything was also working, so no complanes. Bed was comfortable. The best thing i gues was the balcony with the view to fjord, we spendid many hours there just sitting and enjoing the scenery. Breacfast was perfect in eveery way, food was good and versastile. Did not dine in hotel restaurant, so can't comment that. Car parking was a bit challenging cause there is no dedicated parking, and if you see location youll understand lack of space especielly during summer peak season.
