We are a business that works out of town constantly. I have been booking rooms for employees for 9 years and in that nine years I have never been so displeased at the service. Tracy at the front desk is extremely rude and has no knowledge. We actually forgave the first problem she gave us and rebooked the rooms the following week and ended up having even more problems. Tracy rather sit and argue with customers then do her job friendly. My workers had to sit in the lobby for an hour why I scrambled both times to fix her problem and both times it turned out to be her fault. We decided to go to a different hotel for the next week and weeks to come.
