"The room is clean and spacious perfect for a family of 4. Check in, parking and everything is convenient and easy. Location is accessible by car & near to Taman Nusantara, Johor Premium Outlet, Legoland, Bukit Indah Aeon. We bought breakfast for our stay and on the first morning of breakfast, there was not much food left after a tour group came and ate everything. We were left with little to no food. The egg station told us to wait for our eggs and after 40mins they told us there is no more eggs and they had to go buy. In the end we got our eggs, but the rest of the breakfast did not get replenished promptly…"

"stayed in the suite. spacious unit with awesome seaview and Tuas view. Packed breakfast was a sweet and surprise gesture ffrom Blue Horizon. They have a reception counter which they will also collect deposit (preferably in cash) for your unit. Pros - easy check in process, comes with simple breakfast and bottled water, no cumbersome parking security. Disposable toothbrush, huge bath and hand towels are provided. Also provided floor mat. Beach front just a few steps away. Comfortable beddings and new furniture. Cons - like all Forest City units, it can be quite inconvenient and inaccessible. The master bedroom shower water pressure is very weak but the common bathroom water pressure is super strong. There were no hooks/racks in the bathrooms to hang towels/clean clothes."

"The hotel's location isn't very convenient. There aren't many shops or shopping facilities nearby, just a small shopping center for a residential complex, but most of the stores inside are closed. If you're going golfing, you'll definitely need to call a car. We arrived after dark and couldn't find the free parking. We ended up at a nearby hourly parking lot, only to find out it was self-pay. We reported this to Trip.com, and they said they'd follow up and told us to get a receipt when we left. However, when we drove out, the exit machine couldn't provide one, so we just gave up to avoid further hassle! As for the accommodation, when we checked in, we realized it wasn't the full sea-view room we booked. We messaged the person in charge on WhatsApp to bring it to their attention."

"Location is good. Eatery left and right. Cafes such as Zus, Starbucks same row. Family mart right opposite. And there is a pastry/breakfast just across the street. They will collect deposit upon check in so make sure u have cash. The room i booked is small but just nice for 2pax. Anymore than that, it will be very cramp. It has hot water, hair dry, tv, water, coffee n tea. No window and no mini fridge. If you need couple of nights, it has the right amount of amenities you need not you want. Aircond can be loud at night since is a small room. I booked 2 rooms so my parents room had issues with the toilet flush. Bed is soft so might be uncomfortable for some. There is wifi. But hotel location is far from town and jpo. Town by car took us about 30mins if no jam."
