Позвонив в дверь трижды мне никто не открыл, пришлось звонить по номеру указанному на сайте, в ответ услышала, администратор работает с 9 , мне что самой приехать с Кабардинки вам дверь открыть? А что делать туристу в 5 утра??? Стоять под дверью отеля? Все таки мне открыла дверь пробужденная менеджером горничная. Туалета общественного нет, готовьте мочевой пузырь к заселению в 14/00. В номере пахнет канализацией жутко, сантехника уставшая, в номере есть тараканы, простынь вся в катышках, что можно соизволить пятую точку. Жить можно , но за эти деньги можно найти вариант получше. Администратор Анастасия, которая бывает крайне редко, ещё тот Цербер. Руководству стоит отправить ее на курсы хороших манер и доброжелательности. Все очень ветхое и видавшее виды.Самым добрым воспоминанием об отеле остались об администраторе Дмитрие и горничной Алине, добрые и готовые прийти на помощь люди. Если хотите пролить лужи слез и биться в истерике, то вам сюда .
